Spontaneous Vegas Tripping
With the promises of tickets to watch the Cirque de Soleil "O" show, I headed to Vegas.
But before that I got dined at Shibuya in the MGM hotel. And I don't feel too bad about the calories because everything was quite light AND delicious :)
Gotta live life right? Can't always be this spontaneous in the future..
So here's a picture summary of what I basically did with my very short-lived time at Vegas this past weekend:
Omakase, and this is only one person's amount of food, although we shared and ordered rolls and sapporo on the side.
Tuna tartare
First time eating raw, red meat...
First time eating foie gras as well ><
Got to spend a night in a penthouse suite
Saw a gorgeous sky on the drive back
So I'm trying to get back on the workout grind. Did some abs yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) went into a cycling class and now my thighs are throbbing! I had to force myself to cycle today because today's instructor wasn't very inspirational... She was kind of quiet and it seemed to me like she was just doing her own workout as well. Basically I'm cycling while standing up and just wondering omgg when will this end. And she was just not energetic. MEH. So I did my own HIIT version on the bike and left in 35 mins. SWEATY AND SEXY BABY
However, I am feeling jiggly and I want to get rid of that feeling asap. Drinking lots of water and going to be more diligent with my workouts. I love going to classes at the gym because you have a better chance of forcing yourself to go all out with your workouts. Yeaa, I need someone to tell me what to do and I get more motivated trying to keep pace with the other participants = best motivation.
Speaking of motivastion, have you watched The Biggest Loser? I watched my first episode yesterday from the newest season. I'm so scared of Jillian Michaels (yet I LOVE HER), but I think I would want her in my life hahah except I'm not sure if I myself can handle her 'abuse' emotionally as well.
