I feel old...
I haven't realized that I have not updated this blog in a few.. oops! I'm supposed to blog more often!
Anyways, I've been just dancing around, you know while watching tv at home or making food. And kind of taking a break from the gym because I pushed it a little too hard couple of days ago. Hence my title, my back hurts a bit and I feel old :(.
so here is my typical back workout routine at the gym:

so here is my typical back workout routine at the gym:
- 10 minutes on the rowing machine
- assisted pullups 4 sets 10
- back extensions 3 sets 15 (can add weights)
- 20 minutes HIIT jumproping with 2 lb weights in both hands
It's relatively quick but works out efficiently, in my opinion :)
I like to get the most 'bang for the buck' trying to make my workouts short but efficient!
