Day 12: it's only Tuesday

Jk I probably have that mentality because today I had an exam and yesterday I didn't have work so it kind of feels like my Monday right now. I just want to listen to music,  watch tv and drink some wine right now. But I have work and a planned CHESTSHOULDERTRIS workout + cardio. wine and tv shall have to wait o:) mmm I love Okinawa purple sweet potato. It's sweet and the color is so gorgeous. I'm gonna say.. this is nature's  way of making pastry or cake . I do love me some cake, but I'll take this alternative since I want abs please. However, I didn't plan on eating okinawa today so that carbiness kind of skewed my diet plan a little. Improvise right! So here we have the deli meat wrap (honey ham, cucumber, swiss cheese, avocado, topped with sriacha sauce). not bad not bad

Today's mantra I must push myself to accomplish what I want. I can make excuses but it's only me that I'm cheating. Don't cheat yourself. Basketball and beers kind of night

How I made Baked sweet potato (and regular potatoes for my brother) : Boil the potatoes at medium heat for 10 minutes Drain them after the 10 minutes and poke holes with forks Bake the potatoes in oven for 30 minutes at 350 C Slice them in half, carve off parts of the sweet potato/potato, add in salsa and top off with greek yogurt if you'd like. Sides: Tossed in the asparagus for 20 minutes while baking the potatoes Sprinkled garlic powder on them Steamed broccoli. My brother ate his veggies while we were waiting for the potatoes and watching the basketball game.
