Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday - 16 days left

I need to be more on point with my diet this week. The past weekend I had japchae, tortilla chips & spinach dips, ice cream, frosted mini wheats, and salt & vinegar chips; carbs were clearly my friend this weekend... I even took naps after snacking. HAHA leap one step forward, fall back two steps is the name of my progress  Monday did Fasted cardio: Week 2 Monday BBG. need more energy! Tuesday August vs Oct. hahah not much gains or losses. No time for fasted cardio but eventually ended up at LA fitness and got a 2 month pass. Not sure if I got an ok deal because my gut feeling for some reason is that I got hustled and rushed. -_- but oh well... I did really miss going to the gym tremendously and feel like I won't take the gym for granted. I think the winning factor for me personally was that I can actually jog/run/walk to this gym if I am so inclined to - Extra CARDIO :) I shall make this one of my month goals before it gets much too cold and/or rainy. I've kind of been obsessed with wanting a nice, cut back.. in addition to trying to grow my glutes and shedding stubborn belly fat while trying not to lose my God-given nicer mounds of fat above. I want so many things T_T. Does that make me a motivated, goal-oriented, go-getter? Yes yes, let's just say that instead of labeling me as someone who isn't satisfied. So, I started doing the Macros,IIFYM, Flexible dieting thing. hahah hype?? I'm not sure, but so far my body is going well with this uncertain flow. I've also been eating 1500+ calories when before I would unintentionally be eating below 1200, sometimes even eating at around 1000 (unintentional! I've just been eating 'clean food' that were not caloric-dense therefore I was always full). Now I have more carbs in my diet and I'm loving it! Yesterday night I waited for the rush and post-rush workout times to pass on by. I thought 10 pm should be ok... NOT There were a lot of people in both the weights and cardio section of the gym. Even the stretching area was a clusterfuck. I'm the one with the nocturnal sleep schedule, why is everyone still there? It honestly looked like there were 2-3 guys to each weight station. :( I need to write out a better routine that will let me just use the most of the exercise/cardio room, or go to the gym at an even later time. I wish I was buff, then I'd hog the weights too. My very optimistic workout plan for the night: BACKS & BICEPS 3 sets of 12 reps -Seated cable row -Wide Grip Lat pulldown -EZ bar curl -Chin ups -One arm DB row -Interval bike for 20 mins. 30 s off the seat fast, 1 min cruising Unfortunately, did not pan out so well. What I actually accomplished: -10 minutes on rowing machine at highest resistance -3 sets of Assisted Pullups, Chin ups,...
