On this day, I didn't feel like dressing up and just decided to stay casual. So I decided to make my gym apparel more exciting. I actually found this tribal print tank on sale at Pacsun , but it was a size too big. No big deal! Just wear a bandeau underneath, or in my case a sports bra, and knot it up on the side - make it knotty. heh heh I think this yoga pose is called the Toe Stand . Let me tell you, it was a bit of a challenge to keep my balance and does require concentration. But try it out, it's quite fun! ix. Is this dress purple or grey? haha I seriously had this conversation with someone when I wore this dress. But I think heather grey is what the official description would say :) This Rehab dress I found at Pacsun is one of my all-time favorite dresses. It's both casual and racy&sexy, all at the same time. I'm a sucker for lace knit. AND, this dress has a sweetheart cut with a see-through lacy, racer-back. Love, love, love it. You really have to see this uniqueness! The only "negative" aspect that I can think of this dress is that since the back is see-through lace, it's quite impossible to find a bra. But that's such an easy solution - free the nips, wear a bra with a bandeau, OR wear those silicone stick-on bras! viii. oops time flies when you're having fun, being busy, and also stressing on the side But, I'm still taking my Pacsun ootd pics! These are just the past 4 outfits that I haven't updated onto my blog. I do feel a little vain taking pictures of my outfits. However, I'm also having a bit of fun coming up with simple outfits within the Pacsun parameter and being able to channel some creativity. It's also amusing to decide what angles, poses, and natural lighting I'm looking for that day. For example, lately it's been a bit gloomy and I've found that it's so much easier to take advantage of the lighting. Versus, when it's sunny, I have to see how the sunlight bounces off my face or creates weird shading. Heh, amateur photographer over here, if you can even label me that..

iii. sigh, boobs are slowly diminishing. Might as well grow a booty 🍑#itsgonnabeallmuscle. ps, Omg! went to #NTC workout today and did it fasted. It was awesome💪👍 A photo posted by AestheticDianasaurus (@rawrdianasaur) on Jun 3, 2015 at 11:04am PDT Today I forced myself to go fasted  NTC workout at my local 24 hour gym. And it was the best decision ever! The hour passed by so quickly, and just working out in a group environment motivated me to push strong throughout the whole workout. Amazeballs :D I will most definitely continue to attend the NTC classes, and as a matter of fact, I'm going to do most of my cardio seshes by gym classes. Today has proven to me that working out in a class setting encourages and uplifts me more than working out by myself. But weightlifting is a different story. I can push myself and encourage myself to be stronger and finish YO sets .

Top : LAhearts from Pacsun Sandals & Necklace : Steve Madden This past weekend I did some spring cleaning and realized how much I have accumulated from Pacsun exclusively. SOO, I thought it'd be a fun challenge to see how many outfits I'll conjure with an article of clothing from them. I'm by no means fashionable, but I'd like to think that I know what appeals my body and makes me feel both comfortable and "heep." My style probably does embody someone with a casual, SoCal mindset. I am drawn to downplayed edginess or cutouts along with subtle details. In essence, I look like someone who tries more than she does, because in actuality she just throws on a piece almost effortlessly - attires from Pacsun make it seamless. Frankly, I think most pieces from Pacsun really elevate your wardrobe :)

Summer body: Week 1 - Thursday

We'll see the progress later perhaps? AM workout fasted cardio - 10 mins stairmaster + 20 mins inclined treadmill (speed 3.0) Sauna Lunch : Inari rice balls & Okinawa sweet potato. I swear, Okinawa sweet potatoes are like nature's carby cakes/pies. SO delicious Snack : yogurt & banana PM workout Squats volume training , abduction machine Dinner : rotisserie chicken and lettuce wraps

Week 3 - TGIF& the weekend

Although this week was shorter than other weeks (bc of MLK Monday), this week felt so rushed. I am definitely cherishing the weekend right now even though I still have plenty to get done on my to do list. TLC first, I need TLC. Friday, January 23 I had to rush out the house but I wanted an outfit that was versatile and interchangeable from day-to-gym clothes. Think this one hit the mark. Both items are from Macy's and each cost less than $10 a piece! The Ideology tee is lightweight, breezy, and is made of material that wicks your sweat. And the Material Girl geometric leggings are loud, vibrant and.. were probably not meant as gym clothes originally, but no one needs to know :). Friday seemed like a long day, so in the evening I drank some coffee and convinced myself I couldn't waste a perfect outfit by not going to the gym. Tuesday - 24 days left

On Monday I did ab tucks and ab pikes with the stability ball and crunches while waiting for dinner. I was still a bit sore from Kayla Itsines's workout and had a test to study for as well therefore no workout. And on Tuesdays I don't wake up early enough to do fasted cardio, so before lunch I did 35 minutes of jumping rope. :) Kind of had relatively lazy days the past two days, but back on Kayla's workout tmw! Can't wait to kill the workout! { Pacsun : Kirra black dress// Bullhead black jean vest} For some reason when I see people running around on bike paths and around the neighborhood, I think it's such a great sight. Maybe it's because seeing that makes me motivated as well? I'm not sure. Or the fact that there are a good number of people who jog around with their family and/or friends or even by themselves. I've tried to convince my family to take evening strolls with me, but ever since Daylight Savings, it's become much too dark once...

Sexy Saturday

hehe last night I had some .. ok 2 bowls of frosted strawberry mini wheats. mmph so good. but I don't think I'll let myself do that again especially for a midnight snack. This morning my stomach was quick to respond to the consequences :/ As a result, today I have been strict and on point with my low carb macros and drinking lots of water. This is the workout I partially did while dancing/jumping/pushup-ing. Today was exceptionally hard to do fasted cardio I think because my body felt bloated and lethargic from yesterday's eating. Even black coffee wasn't really effective and I almost contemplated trying out the cellucor super HD pill. Now that I think about it, I should've popped one today for a test run and see how it affects my body.. Tomorrow I shall. Anyways, I still trudged through the fasted workout with some sexy Satuday music ;) { Pacsun :  Kirra  bird dress// Hollister denim shirt} I'm kind of doing my own Pacsun challenge and seeing how...

Fattie Friday gluttony

woo I ate a lot of carbies today. X.x I shall call today High carb reload day. ha joke. I just can't resist spicy Jjampong and fried sweet, sour, hot Gam pong shrimp (korean-chinese fusion food) It's ok, I didn't eat excessively since we shared family style. :) But regardless it was a carb overload , considering my usual ~50-60 g of carb allowance. haha with the "high carb reload" mentality I convinced myself that I might as well be merry and continue on with carbing: EAT the white rice, EAT the leftovers for dinner. Overdid a bit and actually considering doing a second bout of cardio when I'm done digesting. Yes, I need to be better at restricting myself and finding a fine balance, but I'm absolutely not kicking myself. The meals today were delicious!
