I've tried it before but only with banana + eggs.. it didn't really come out very well and that day I had scrambled eggs that tasted like bananas. It was slightly off-putting. So today I tried to find a 3-ingredient recipe with oatmeal flour in it. And eventually came with this successful find :D ( Recipe link ) I think having the oatmeal flour helps add texture and a bit of dryness to make cooking these bad babes a lot easier. Although... I still had almost half my batter turn into pancake scramble. HAha! practice makes perfect however. I'm gonna stick with this recipe as long as I have ripe bananas Anddd, it's Sunday! I'm planning to get a workout sesh in today. Debating if I want to do another leg day or BBG. hmm hmm decisio...

Week 7 - Friday

Friday - Fasted cardio : week 7 of Kayla Itsines workouts. I did the whole thang and made it a Total body workout : legs, abs, arms, cardio. It was lots of burpees, sump squats, pushups, leg raises - Bfast   coach's oats with frozen fruits and activia strawberry yogurt -Lunch wheat bread sandwich with ham, gouda cheese, and avocado -Dinner pan-fried corvina fish - Snack : lots of chips :( Earlier this week I originally decided I wanted to do IIFYM/flexible dieting. I was going to try out 40C 35P 25F, because this girl wants to eat her carbs and still get abs and live that fit girl dream! However, I remembered that I bought gelatin capsules because I read that they can help with plateaus and generally have great health benefits. BUT, it seems to really jumpstart fat loss when done conjointly with a keto/low carb diet . Guess I'm back to doing keto/low carb for a bit. I ate way too many 'unhealthy' processed carbs this week anyways o:) PS: wha...

Saturday & Sunday - 19 days left

Saturday On this day I decided to try out Cellucor Super HD . haah why not, I wasn't planning to go anywhere. I don't know how to describe the effects of preworkouts. Do I say the "come up" was kind of sudden? Or the energy "hit" me a bit intensely in the beginning? haha I'm just kidding. It did make me jittery and a little sick in the beginning. Also made my heart beat faster or maybe some anxiety kicked in. Soon enough however it tapered off and I had a decent cardio session. I think it definitely gave me some energy but was not very long lasting as I had anticipated. I did notice that my hunger and appetite was suppressed for a while (I was mildly starving when I woke up in the morning) but hey, this girl's appetite is never really gone :). I ate fine after my fasted workout. Hehe, I think I have 2 abs that are trying to pop out.. but they're a bit fatty. I'll take it though, progress is still progress ^_^. On this Saturday I also f...

And how come I have so many ideas to blog about when I'm being lazy on my bed, however once I feel like typing and reminiscing...
