How I made Baked sweet potato (and regular potatoes for my brother) : Boil the potatoes at medium heat for 10 minutes Drain them after the 10 minutes and poke holes with forks Bake the potatoes in oven for 30 minutes at 350 C Slice them in half, carve off parts of the sweet potato/potato, add in salsa and top off with greek yogurt if you'd like. Sides: Tossed in the asparagus for 20 minutes while baking the potatoes Sprinkled garlic powder on them Steamed broccoli. My brother ate his veggies while we were waiting for the potatoes and watching the basketball game. Impatient haha mmm mm very filling and healthy on my part.. too much starch for my brother though. -__-  sweet potato, potato, dinner, healthy, meal, family time, asparagus, broccoli, kid friendly, paleo, diet,

Hummus and Roasted Veggie Pizza Ingredients 1 soft tortilla shell Handful of your favorite veggies (try spinach, tomatoes, and zucchini) Hummus 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced Salt and pepper, to taste Crumbled goat cheese Directions 1.
