If you follow this blog, you might realize that I try to find sources of protein that are more natural and healthier than protein powder (and cheaper as well) healthy, protein, soybeans, soy, powder, nuts, protein powder, natural, organic, korean, Usually my source of protein for post-workout is tofu in a smoothie. But one day I noticed my mom had bought this and decided it would be a good source of protein! :D If you're Korean, you may recognize that this is the powder that coats dduk (rice cake). To make this powder I believe the soybeans are roasted til they are browned and then grinded. And we all know soybeans are good for you!
