Spontaneous Potato Chip Rock!
I've been wanting to hike to the Potato chip rock for a long time. But it is a bit inland of San Diego and whenever we went to SD, we had other plans. So this was a spur of the moment thing when my friend invited us the night before! Sometimes I like to plan out fun things in advance, but other times, spontaneity is great too. I would've been at home happily Netflixing if I didn't go hike :P (it was a busy week with a little bit of stress!) Ok, the hike was at a steep incline for the whole 4 miles uphill. Wow, I was sweating the entire time and I was also out of breath the majority of the time. Hobbes the corgi was such a champ however; he was being alpha dog and quite aggressively finished the hike. I did not know a corgi could waddle so passionately ahaha. We finally reached the potato chip and saw a line of people waiting to take a picture on it.
