Recording myself
I've been fooling around with the idea of recording myself while working out (after I saw some youtubers record themselves doing insanity). Why? Because when you record yourself, for some reason it makes you more accountable and want to go all out in each movie. haha I workout by myself.. so in a way my sad phone/camera and I are kind of like workout partners. Also... this is basically my first time ever editing a video clip. It's not too bad right? hahah 1 round of Tabata is 8 cycles of 20s cardio + 10 s rest (I omitted the resting parts from the video) Int 1: Burpees Int 2: Mummy Kicks Int 3: Jump rope Int 4: Jumping jacks Int 5: Butt Kicks Int 6: Squat Jumps Int 7: High Knees Int 8: Dips I don't get feedback so I'm not sure if I should keep the 10s rests in the video.
