'Ultimate' butt workout

I'm sure if you're around tumblr, you might've seen this workout floating about. I finally decided to go to fitbodyhq.com and check out their page: it's golden! I don't know, but for some reason, I just want to read every single article and try out every single workout... Maybe it's because the workouts seem doable and reasonable and don't just throw you into the extreme workout regimens. But they're perfectly challenging as well. At least this butt workout was. best line:    When you squeeze your butt, imagine that you want to crack a walnut between the cheeks Anyways, so yesterday was by butt/leg/cardio day so I decided to incorporate this 1. Today's workout: 4 Sets 10-12 Reps and 10 minutes of Stairmaster Does anyone know a certain time span where the gym heads don't hog the weights? Mannn I know I shouldn't be, but going to the weights section intimidates me a little when I'm by myself because all the guys are so buff and tall and I have puny arms and 25 weights in each arm is the most I can really comfortably go to. Well for now that is. GRRR! workout, legs, thighs, butt, glutes, gym, health, fitness, fit, asian,

BRO. seriously? It's amazing and impressive that you can leg press this, but how about me? That's already 810 pounds just from the weights, which is approximately 7x heavier than me. GRRR. gym etiquette = re-rack please. taking off 45 plates 16x is already kind of a small workout for me. Sorry. I'm going to label this as a world class douchebag move gym, etiquette, workout, legpress, legs, glutes, thighs, butt, fit, fitness, motivation, douchebag, jerk, showoff

Yesterday was an interestingly occupied, good day! My best friend (let's call her Jelly) from college had a sleep over at my house and unbeknownst to me, I'd be friend-sitting her til the early evening because that is when her meeting will be. In any occasion, I'd gladly entertain her and we'd go eat food, browse internet, venture about in stores, etc. But I assumed she'd have a super early meeting and I'd make it to the 'date' with a guy friend. hahaa Jelly calls it a date, I call it a conversation over coffee. We woke up too late for a our ideal workout in the morning, but then was probably too late for me to make the 2 pm 'date.' So we idled around my house watching youtube clips of ukulele serenading, reading articles online, and just being us. Then guyfriend tells me he's running late so luckily I was able to push it to 3:30. Funny how we were lazing around for a moment then quickly changed into our gym gear and headed to the gym, G...

When you're out of time because you're a lag like me

I have a bad tendency to push back working out especially when it's late at night. Then it gets too dark and too late and I am too scared to go out into the cold darkness and venture out to the gym. Such was my case yesterday night... Therefore, I decided to do Cassey Ho's Off the Wall 2012 POP pilates mashup. Omg my thighs and core were burning. I also did a quick pump of my upper body with pullups, pushups, and lifting weights in that 'starting lawnmower' motion. Finally, I just danced around and tried to move around my jiggly abs :( Hahah Lately, I've been feeling mushy and jiggly. I haven't gained any weight but my body still feels so 'soft'. I've looked through instagram for motivation and found Jamie Eason's LiveFit trainer . She talks about how she rarely does cardio but really focuses on weight training. She gave the analogy of people doing so much cardio at the gym as 'hamsters on the wheel'. I myself absolutelt hate cardi...
