Today's workout:

4 Sets 10-12 Reps
and 10 minutes of Stairmaster

Does anyone know a certain time span where the gym heads don't hog the weights? Mannn I know I shouldn't be, but going to the weights section intimidates me a little when I'm by myself because all the guys are so buff and tall and I have puny arms and 25 weights in each arm is the most I can really comfortably go to. Well for now that is. GRRR!
