Motivation for today

I used to give myself excuses about working out:
ehh, I don't feel like working out. If I'm not going to put 100% in it, it's not worth it. Yes, you might have some bad days when you're not in the zone, but when you push yourself out of that mindset and still try to attempt to workout, it's still a workout, albeit a weak one maybe. And hey, oftentimes when you do get out of that rut in the gym, you'll be surprised how effective you actually become.

The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen. When instead you're wallowing in self-pity and laziness (this is speaking for myself..).
