Sunday: weekly diet planning day?

haha wow today I spent quite a bit of time on Pinterest organizing my old likes and boards. It's one of those sites that really suck up your time because you invested so many things you want to save for a future project or for your future in general.
But the one disadvantage is that I've collected so many things that I pinned to look at later, which I have forgotten. I want to kind of get into a habit of looking back at them (while not wasting too much time) and bringing them out into action.

Monday
Breakfast: Banana, cinnamon, honey

Lunch: Chopped Thai chicken salad
Dinner: Chicken, egg, cranberries, apples, nuts, onions, greek yogurt salad

eat with veggies

Thursday

inspiration

Rest of the days. repeat
Here are some other ideas I'd like to try. Maybe I'll save them for another week or make them for snacks or replace a meal I 'preplanned'

Italian "sub" with lettuce wrap. Keto friendly

Lasagna Rolls

Chicken Spring rolls
Sriracha Grilled tofu

Frozen berries in greek yogurt (or any other fruits)

You know, maybe doing this trying to find delicious food and thinking about the products I already have in the fridge is both productive and motivating. I'll be more likely to keep to my healthy goals of the week while using up the perishables that I have already :)

We'll see how closely I go with my 'plan,' I'll try to document what I eat
