Week 1

ok, confession:
I ate so tremendously much during the past month. December is my birthday month! and also, winter is the season for bulking.. right? (I totally gained some fat in my glutes & chest area however! along with the belly, of course)
Honestly, I really don't know how my appetite grew so much and my stomach was actually able to house almost all the things I saw with my hungry eyes. Pretty much, your girl ate very well, and my favorite phrase after a meal was: "I want moar." OH gluttony..

The past few days on a self-imposed diet has been a little difficult. I've constantly had pangs of hunger and cravings for flavorful, diverse choices of foods. But I will just reminisce of the food & drinks I have devoured, and instead workout & eat healthy until the next batch of eating adventures.

I actually think that since I allowed myself to eat & drink which restrictions, my body may be more perceptive to a clean diet. That's great news and I hope my theory is true! Note: my definition of clean eating is pretty much healthy home cooking with as little processed foods as possible.

I'm going to try to do 2 rounds for each circuit, but I'm rather satisfied with today's effort. Had a decent sweaty sesh!
