Day 14 Squats, Deadlifts oh my. Day 15 CST

Thursday I believe I just ran around the neighborhood and wasn't very proactive with my working out. So I won't count this day. Day 14 Friday .  I spent most of the morning getting my eyes checked out and then immediately after I went to the gym for  Volume training  Squats! -warmup with the bar -add the 25 plates and do a set -make it 35 plates and do two sets -make it 45 plates and do as many reps. I take rests in between since I don't have anyone to spot me and every time I don't succeed in completing my squat I have to take the plates off and raise the bar again LOL.  -afterwards go back down to 25 plates and do volume training I also did some deadlifts, I couldn't resist. Then did Adbuctor machine before heading home. Oh but first, let me take a selfie I'm telling you  Squats > Deadlift  for booty growth. Trust me, I like big butts and I want one too. My dirty little secret

I think it's secretly hilarious when you see the interesting sweat marks when people work out. -like when your guy dance instructor for zumba wears gray sweats and you can see the sweat pool on his booty; just stick with black pants for sure -when someone is wearing a really tight sports bra and you can see where her back fat squeezes because of which areas are dry vs wet But I'm not hatinggg nor judging. I just think it's very interesting and I get amused by myself. Like this amuses me so I took a selfie of it :P Being sweaty at the gym is awesome! To me personally, it's a testament of how hard I push myself. The more sweaty I am, the more rewarded I feel! and I'm a crybabyy! Today's regimen was much more successful! I was in the vicinity of my gym because of an errand I had around 8 pm. Grudgingly I headed to the gym because well I was already out and about and didn't want to hear my mom tell me how I'm wasting gas going back and forth and back and forth. 8:30 pm is not so bad as I always assumed it'd be. Granted the zumba class was lined up against the wall but I wasn't interested in doing that. There were less meatheads in the weights section at this time and today the stretching area  was  not full of people! joy! I only really need the 15s, 20s, and 25s and those are included in the stretching area, so I was indeed a happy camper. And I got to to my ab workouts too in peace.
