Today I felt like eating Pancakes

So yummy!

1/2 cup milk with some protein powder to give a chunky texture
1/2 cups oats
2 eggs
cinnamon
honey
blueberries (giving the pancake the blue hue)

Blender
Heat non-stick pan and I used olive oil
Tossed some whole blueberries into the batter as it was cooking

Made two big-sized pancakes :)
Chopped up some strawberries and put it as a layer between the two pancakes.
Ok confession, I totally spread some syrup on the pancakes. I'm a sucker
