Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday - 16 days left

I need to be more on point with my diet this week. The past weekend I had japchae, tortilla chips & spinach dips, ice cream, frosted mini wheats, and salt & vinegar chips; carbs were clearly my friend this weekend... I even took naps after snacking. HAHA leap one step forward, fall back two steps is the name of my progress 

Monday
did Fasted cardio: Week 2 Monday BBG. need more energy!

Tuesday
August vs Oct. hahah not much gains or losses.
No time for fasted cardio but eventually ended up at LA fitness and got a 2 month pass. Not sure if I got an ok deal because my gut feeling for some reason is that I got hustled and rushed. -_- but oh well... I did really miss going to the gym tremendously and feel like I won't take the gym for granted. I think the winning factor for me personally was that I can actually jog/run/walk to this gym if I am so inclined to - Extra CARDIO :) I shall make this one of my month goals before it gets much too cold and/or rainy.

Since I wore my roshe nike runs, I decided to just do a quick Back/Tricep workout. I also wasn't mentally prepared to do the more heavy duty workouts but I cannot wait to see how much I have regressed, or not,  in the squatting and deadlifting department.

Wednesday
After lunch with my family we went on Thanksgiving shopping for turkey, ham, side dishes, desserts, and craft beeer for our little family. LOL 4 hours straight in restaurant, in car, in lines - I noticed we are all kind of naggy and impatient, especially with each others' driving and indecisiveness. I think I'm usually the one that is the middleman pacifist.. Holiday+work commute traffic dramatizes everything.

Although I sort of want to go gym, this cold girl doesn't want to venture outside again. Currently drinking some black coffee and readying myself for Week 2 Weednesday BBG

Ooh also a 2nd month goal I have is to practice forearm handstands more and try to stretch more for future splits. My shallow motivation is so that I can take really cool pictures o:)
