I've been going downhill to be honest
I've been so sluggish these days, probably why I haven't updated, probably why I didn't have the urge to blog. What a vicious cycle.
Though I have been eating moderately and healthy, so that's good, or else I'd most likely be ballooning up.. (even more)
I really must get back on the grind because in two weeks I'm going to Porter Robinson concert and in five weeks I will go find my heart in SF. I also went online shopping at Pacsun because they had 50% additional from their clearance T_T oh gluttony. Doesn't online shopping for clothes make you a little nervous because you're not sure how well they'll fit on your specific body? Luckily, in my opinion, I think pacsun's chosen companies have around the same sizing charts so I'm usually on point with the sizing. We shall see!
And here's a pretty picture that doesn't do this place justice: Sturtevant Falls in Sierra Madre, CA
It's such a casual hike though relatively, slightly challenging only because the trail is an inverted trail. Meaning you start going downhill towards the waterfall, then when going back to point of beginning you are going up, up on a constant incline.
I don't think we burned enough calories to balance our meals afterwards however...
But it was soo good.
I usually do try to eat healthy (at home), but I never refrain myself when I go out or somebody cooks something delicious. I believe it's ok to occasionally eat out but don't stuff your face. When I was younger, I had a bad habit of eating everything until I was so full I'd want to unbutton my pants; that was kind of my upbringing, we were told to eat everything and not waste food.. No wonder I was a chubby kid.
Just eat until you're satisfied. And I think drinking lots of water while you're eating will help make you fuller faster and also wash that food down more quickly.
