Day3: AestheticDianasaurus Cardio and recovering from yesterday
It takes about 21 days to establish a habit. I still am trying to establish my current daily routine, so I can't wait for the post "Day 21:" !! :D
Drank Lemon Cayenne powder + Lemon + cinnamon (new addition that I kind of like), then made a fresh cup of black coffee and brewed uncaffeinated peppermint tea
Checked out Insanity's Cardio Recovery and wanted more cardio. I have this routine written on my mirror and decided to do this while watching Once Upon a Time. I was also strapped for time so this was perfect.
Tpday's eatery:
had korean bbq mmm all that protein. And spent most of today digesting.
Then came home and was just craving carbs and sweet nothing...
Mint fudge brownie ice cream, frosted mini wheats with almond milk, and a pale ale beer.
HEHE.. feeding the urge to get over this week's hump?
