Day 10 and Day 11

Weekends are for indulgences, right?
hehh because on Saturday I had carby Chinese food deliciousness for lunch, then late at night hung out with friends and ate a couple Trader Joe's lemon bars & wined on some pink moscato.

and then on Sunday, I had Taiwanese breakfast for the first time! My friends ordered in Chinese but I believe we ordered: turnip cake, shredded pork rice roll, scallion pancake, shrimp omelette (it was pretty wet), pig in a steamed bun (pork belly was so soft), and to wash that all down, soymilk.
Going on food adventures and having such a satisfying, delicious experience without spending much at all makes me Super happy 

I knew once I got home after eating that satiating meal, I'd want to crawl onto my bed and watch Tv while relenting to the food coma. 

So I dragged myself to the gym for Day 10 (Sunday) workout:
-Did more SQUATS because my glutes were not hurting from Saturday's sesh. Did my damn volume training!
-Leg Abduction
-Chest flyes
-Shoulder pressdown
-Tricep pushdown
-one arm lat pulldown
-Close grip lat pulldown then Sauna time!
(this is what I mean by close grip lat pulldown)

Day 11 (Monday)
oemgee becky, my butt hurts
I didn't do my morning fasted Insanity as planned since I was so sore, but in the evening I decided to listen to my EDM unce unce spotify playlist and actually go R U N.
I finally used Maymyrun to plan out a route and also used my Galaxy S5 to track my HIIT uphill sprinting. KILLER! But it wasn't as bad as I scare myself into thinking. I think I shall try to upkeep this routine at least twice a week :)
