This is day 1's workout. I did this workout 3 days ago, and I was really sore for 2 days!
Going to get those muscles :D

If you read my previous post, I talked about how Jamie Eason barely does cardio and that I'm going to attempt to do her 12 week weight program because I want to be toner and leaner.
