Jenn Im's advice on being healthy
- took over a year for her to lose the weight and maintain it
- take a picture of everything you eat/ that conscious effort
- curb your carbs
- eat proteins, veggies, fiber = fill you up
- try to make one meal a day completely carb-less/ wean yourself off, there are addicting components
- remix your meals (ie: 1/2 ramen with more veggies, tofu, etc) add more nutrients
- don't count your calories
- water is your best friend
- exercise: blogilates !
