It's a constant effort for everyone: clothesencounters

  • took over a year for her to lose the weight and maintain it
  • take a picture of everything you eat/ that conscious effort
  • curb your carbs
  • eat proteins, veggies, fiber = fill you up
  • try to make one meal a day completely carb-less/ wean yourself off, there are addicting components
  • remix your meals (ie: 1/2 ramen with more veggies, tofu, etc) add more nutrients
  • don't count your calories
  • water is your best friend
  • exercise: blogilates !
