Check off the New Year's resolution already!

So today I was kidding around with my man friend: I'm going to workout hard to achieve my abs goal so I can get my New Year resolution out of the way, asap. haha genius!

Then he retaliated saying that it was my resolution for years. JERK hahah! I've always wanted to get fitter and stronger, and I definitely achieved that losing 10-15 pounds (which I didn't realize I had to lose) and I am much more toned and skinnier. But I thought I'd have abs by now! THE BELLY FAT JUST WON'T GO AWAY, BUT THE BOOBS HAVE! So the next time I will see him will be sometime on a nearest three day weekend? Miss that man, lots.

Today I did Insanity Max interval Plyo in the morning and then later in the evening a cycling class for the first time, in a long time.

  • The interval plyo movie is my go-to insanity movie because I feel like this particular movie works out more 'total body' - your core, your butt, your arms. More bang for the buck I say.
  • Cycling: I loved the instructor's music. It was techno/dance with the drops and highs and just listening to that music helped me keep pace on the bike. Also, being in back of a fit, guy cyclist motivated me to keep up with him as well. The instructor was a middle-aged asian woman who was kind of chubby, but obviously had lots of endurance. She would keep saying woooo during the hour ahah, too bad it didn't catch with the class. I kind of wanted to woooo along with her, but was a little too shy. Maybe next time
MEALS of today (I obviously do not hold back on eating.... One of my joys in life is eating and I am always hungry)
  1. Potato scramble (green pepper, onions, cilantro, tomato), sunny-side egg, steamed broccoli, boiled chicken
  2. almonds, walnuts, pine nuts
  3. protein shake
  4. mom's dduk gook
  5. green pepper slices with sriacha
