Wednesday 6/5: healthy
Motivation for today:
dinner: protein shake
Very healthy eating day :)
Brunch: overnight oatmeal with yogurt and grapes
Lunner: souplantation. It's really just a mound of vegetables... I don't know why or how it always gets so huge :D
Snack: wheat slice with cheese and ham & sriacha
Snack: homemade popsicle with just milk and strawberries. kind of bland actually.. maybe adding honey next time
