Monday 6/10: Insanity Plyo

Who am I kidding... for the duration of the Insanity workouts I am basically doing the mummy kicks, jumping jacks, butt kicks, sprinting and mainly just dancing around amped on black iced coffee.
It is LOADS OF FUN and not embarrassing because there's no one to see me bust my dorky moves. Plus EDM music just makes you naturally just want to jump around like an energizer bunny


Speaking of naturally wanting to jump around and get into the music, Key & Peele's: Dubstep is kind of hilarious to me insanity, workout, motivation, dance, nervo, cardio, key & peele, dubstep, 

And this is what I made for dinner:
Chicken boobies marinaded with oyster sauce & sriacha with homemade salsa on top/lettuce wraps
