so my knee was hurting in the morning and I wasn't able to deadlift :(. But I was able to still do Kayla Itsines BBG week 1 Arms & Abs. hurtss

I think on this day I have realized the importance of stretching and foam rolling. err.. and to just not go out of my own comfort zone and run :P jk. I think if I do want to sprint HIIT, I should do it at the park where there's lots of grass since
a. I'm clumsy
b. running on grass is less harsh on your knees/joints than running on pavement and/or treadmill
