1/12 til Hawaii - Monday
Week 1 - Monday
I've noticed that most of my titles on this blog are some sort of a countdown. hahha it seems like I live my life in countdowns, can't really blame an NYE baby for that ;D! This time I'm giving myself 12 weeks, so they will be in fraction form. Since it's week 1 right now, it's 1/12!
I earnestly did each workout of the Monday Legs and Cardio. For each circuit of 7 minutes, I was able to do it 2x.. too fast too serious.
Working out in the morning allows me to be more proactive and productive throughout the day. I already know about myself that I get quite exhausted, drained by the end of day. Also, I have this personal rule to not intake any caffeine after 12pm. So I'm trying to make my cardio, which is also fasted, in the morning since motivation for cardio is the hardest for me to bring about.
Monday evening, I got off work a little earlier than usual. Originally planned to squat but I forgot my workout pants. I figured it would be quite laughable if I tried to squat with jeans on :(. Therefore, I headed home, but on the way while listening to NPR, the host announced that there was still about an hour of sun. I took that as my cue to finally drive to a trail I've been interested in for some time now. It was a beautiful way to finish off my Monday, cause yo girl does't get anything productive done at home in the evening hehe
