Werk those Bewbs
Usually I write down my workout plan before I get to the gym but today I didn't have time and had to figure it out in the changing room. Surprisingly, I had a greatt workout today! Yay to improvisation!
Chest, Shoulder, Tris = ARMS DAY
5 min rowing machine
chest cable crossover
chest press machine
lateral/front raise with DB
Seated raise to Y-press (here's a picture and where I first saw this move) - this one is killer, use lighter weights)

I meant to go home and do 100 pushups and 100 ab wheels and 100 dips on a chair... but those can wait til tmw. Arms have been thoroughly worked out today :) Success!
