Current Summer Morning Routine
This week, I originally planned to wake up at 5 am, but unconsciously turned off the alarm (every single day of the week.. I guess 5 am isn't happening yo). Alas I woke up at 6:45 am today. Nevertheless, I strive to start off the mornings well. Make it a Good Morning!~
While I brush my teeth, I boil a full kettle of water for my black coffee and freshly brewed passion fruit tea that I. and my family, can drink throughout the day. I don't know why, but drinking tea just makes the day a little better instantly.
While I wait for the coffee grounds to steep, I try to do something productive. It rotates about these activites depending on how early I wake up and how I feel that particular morning:
Then I freshen up and while putting on makeup decide what I want to wear. The Pacsun challenge I gave myself really helps narrow down my choices and makes my decision making faster LOL.
I've made this mistake a couple times mainly due to a lack of time essentially to eat, but drink the passion fruit-apple cider vinegar - lemon water NOT on an empty stomach. It burnsssss. And ain't nobody got time for ulcers! I heard it's miserable..
That was kind of a tangent. So I mainly drink a shot of apple cider vinegar because I've read that it helps with making metabolism faster and fat burning, along with many other health benefits (like diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure). It's not exactly an enjoyable mixture to drink, but the passion fruit tea and freshly squeezed lemon makes do. Also a great method to wake yourself up in the morning, with all that acidity! I think if you added sparkling water or unsweetened flavored water/drinks, that could really make it more doable.
Then while commuting, I continue to listen to podcasts or new music on soundcloud. Unce unce on.

- listen to podcasts (current favorites are The Smart Passive Income and Ear Biscuits) while checking my instagram feed
- read my daily devotional and have QT with God
- listen to edm unceunce music and do fasted cardio, pushups, pullups, ab wheels. Generally just jump around and shuffle-dance!
All and any of these activities make me feel productive, happy, and energetic :). I've recently discovered Ear Biscuits, and omygod, I am always just laughing heartily, out loud. I linked it for anyone who is curious, and lazy to look them up themselves :P. I envy people who just have such a funny sense of humor and can talk about any subject effortlessly. I think manfriend does that pretty well too actually.
