7/12 til Hawaii - sun, mon, tues
Ok! so I've been pretty stellar about my diet. The only thing processed I've been consuming is wheat bread, oatmeal, and protein powder. And absolutely no junk food eaten so far! haha
I think when I was trying out IIFYM, I gave myself the liberty to eat some junk food saying, ahh all carbs are the same. But I think my body does appreciate more natural carbs from fruits instead. Regardless, it does make me feel fresher and filled more with vitality when I eat sources straight from the earth.
Sun
Ended May with an awesome Squat Sunday and Legs session.
Mon
Noticed the gym is most definitely getting busier as the days are getting longer and summer is upon us. Had a pretty decent back workout after work, but was too lazy to have a post-lifting cardio session..
Tues
Did not wake up in time for the cycling class.. It is currently Tuesday evening and I'm still trying to will myself to take a shot of cellucor and just KILL a cardio workout. will let you know tmww haha

Also! My current morning caffeine fix is the cold brewed black coffee! I'm liking the convenience of not having to wait for water to boil, and the sweeter notes of the coffee as well. :)) Plus it's quite nice to sip on a cold coffee on a sunny day
