30 minute workout routine that can burn 500 calories

I always compare my cardio workouts to Insanity because, well, it showed the best results even when I didn't clean up my diet and ate whatever I liked whenever I liked; I still lost close to 15 pounds in 2 months or so.
Insanity is on average 40 minutes long and depending how hard you push yourself, the calories burnt ranged from 350-650. So 30 minutes to lose 500 calories sound really good to me.

Shape calls this plyometric routine "jump for joy" and it is my favorite one out of their five, probably because if you try to do it as fast as you can, it might take less than 30 mins :)
