Thursday
-Fasted cardio: sumo squat jumps, jumping lunges, ab wheels, pushups, mountain climbers
-Bfast
  • strawberry, banana smoothie
  • salad with walnuts, tangerine, avocado, onions, cucumber. Italian dressing
-Lunch
  • 1 slice of wheat bread + cheese + sandwich meat
  • activia yogurt
-Dinner
  • Korean rice cake soup because it's Lunar New Year! look at those carby goodness haha
