Feeling Green

Lately, I've been quite down on myself. Feeling blue you call it.
I've tried to come here many times to start a post, however I didn't feel like writing anything or putting on a front. I felt so uninspired and just so.. lost.
But sometimes you have to fake it to make it. My mom also told me to just smile in the mirror and tell myself that I'm lucky, that things work out.
There's the well known psychology fact that smiling, even when forced, can lift up your mood. I've been smiling in the mirror, breathing while smiling while working out (maybe creepy..), and also watching funny shows and trying to literally LOL

Yea it does help. Temporarily. But I still need to figure out my life. Guess I'll do it while smiling at least.

 Watermelon + Kale + H20 smoothie.
Yes I know, it kind of looks like I bought the drink from Starbucks. But no I didn't. I just like to reuse clear drink containers temporarily since you can see how awesome your smoothie is and also you can just throw it away afterwards if you don't feel like washing it. Remember the 3 R's? Recycle, reuse and reduce!

Seems like I also like to reuse containers too xD. This black container is from a Chinese restaurant. It's microwavable safe it says!
