Wednesday detour

Yesterday, my friends and I planned to go hydrobiking. It's what it sounds like, biking on water. But unfortunately it was too windy in Long Beach at the time of the appointment so it was canceled :(
We all planned to be active that day instead of being sedentary, but we eventually just wound up walking around a nice mall and shopping/window shopping, and then going to a Cha2o for some boba and food. Ahhh boba, one of my weaknesses. It was just great talking about life, ideas, future, our own personal lives, methods of hotness, etc girl talk with my ladies :)
Yesterday was just such an unhealthy eating day.. Because once I got home, I saw that there was pizza, so I grabbed a slice, slathered tapatio all over it, and drank it all down with an IPA. Big fat cheat day ^_^...
And I'm completely feeling the after-effects of my caloric binge-ing. One step forward, two steps back. But at least today I was more motivated to cleanse myself and feed myself more nutritious and healthy food; like my body wanted to start all over and have a clean slate. Eating like that yesterday just left me feeling kind of greasy all day and a bit this morning.
However, I'm okay with indulging mysef a little and don't feel guilty at all. I didn't go all gung-ho on the boba, popcorn chicken, and pizza. It was all in moderate portions and at least my cravings were satisfied. Yes, I won't get abs as quickly as I possibly could, but I'm a human being and one of my greatest satisfactions in life is eating and enjoying whatever I want; Luckily, I also am very satisfied in eating healthy. Although I want a healthy, strong, fit body, I strongly believe I will achieve it soon even with some extra sugars and fats here and there. Also, I actually think cheat days motivate me to push myself harder the next day and do better.

Good thing there are pizzas made with olive oil and there are lots of healthy version of pizzas with the options of whole grain bread, more vegetables, leaner meat, and low-fat cheese.
