Fasted Cardio HIIT
Oh.. my love-HATErelationship with cardio always gets the better of me :(
However today is MONDAY and I must make an example of this week! I originally planned to do uphill sprints on a hill, however even though I had the right mindset, my heart was not ready. haha
So I made a small compromise and did:
HIIT 10 cycles of 30 sec all out balls out mountain climbers + 5 pushups, then rest
Very convenient. Takes very little space and is perfect for when you are short on time but need a cardio BOOST <3
