Baked egg portobello mushrooms

mm yumm. I looked in the fridge and saw portobello mushrooms so I looked for recipes on pinterest. baked eggs portobello This one intrigued me the most and I chose to do a variation. If you love mushrooms on pizza,  this is such a great low carb substitute! I had to break my yolk because the mushroom cups weren't deep enough. Then I chopped red peppers, jalapeño,  and red onions as my veggie toppings. Also added cheese of course :P' Currently, I am a bit caffeined out because I drank black coffee earlier. Too hyper to drive safely so I am currently doing pushups and ab wheels while tumblring

August process

Ive realized I never posted a progress pic of what I have accomplished the last few weeks of september and beginning of August. Before OSL/Beginning of August : Workout: Lots of fasted cardio, sauna, and lifting Diet: Mostly keto/low carb diet Mid august (the first 2 weeks of August):  Workout: HIIT sprints and pushups, Cycling 14 miles American river bike trail (Sacramento), PR at deadlifint 225 lbs, plenty of ab wheels Diet: eating late nights, drunk munchies... mostly protein and veggies on weekdays, low carb burgers, carne asada and BBQ, ice creams at night, some beers, some alcohol, pizzas on weekend, and 2x buffet = I ate so well! I guess ab wheels and hiit sprints were my saving grace.. hehe. Totally worth all that food grubbing.

Wednesday morning musings: Friendships

"The better part of one's life consists of his friendships." - Abraham Lincoln haha the great thing about agenda books are the quotes, albeit some sound so generic. I used to be afraid that I couldn't make lasting friendships. That I was not compatible, or someone not loving and worthy enough for another person to invest their time and effort to develop a lasting relationship. This is partly due to freshmen and sophomore year of college when I was making new friends and losing old friends over things that I now consider very petty. And also dating guys for a little more than a month because I didn't feel chemistry and didn't want to delve in deeper and invest my emotions and my own time. We're all a little egotistical and immature when young. But hey, I'm glad I went through those experiences and really learned to cherish the people that God has put into my life. And now have amazing relationships with those who I am absolutely excited to grow w

Fasted Cardio HIIT

Oh.. my love- HATE relationship with cardio always gets the better of me :( However today is MONDAY and I must make an example of this week! I originally planned to do uphill sprints on a hill, however even though I had the right mindset, my heart was not ready. haha So I made a small compromise and did:  HIIT 10 cycles of 30 sec all out balls out mountain climbers + 5 pushups , then rest Very convenient. Takes very little space and is perfect for when you are short on time but need a cardio BOOST <3

but I will do them one step at a time! haha how does time pass by so fast? And how come I have so many ideas to blog about when I'm being lazy on my bed, however once I feel like typing and reminiscing... I draw a blank? very strange But for now, I have overnight oatmeals in coconut on my mind. This picture shall be my inspiration.

10 Best TRX Exercises: Total Body Suspension Training Circuit I'm going to try the  -Chest Press -3 way Row -Bicep Curls -Y Fly and.. -power pull?.... haha or I'll attempt it. It looks level difficult for me. 45 TRX exercises  I came upon this great Greatist article of different TRX moves with links to youtube videos and demonstrations. *thumbs up*
