Vegetarian "noodle" soup

One day I was craving pho, noodles, and seafood. But there was none of those available at home. Therefore, I improvised. I'm not one to really measure things when I cook, more like eye things and just add random stuff as I go along. Here is my random recipe. What I had in minds was pho/seafood egg noodle soup. So Vietnamese/Chinese influence with some Korean loving :) 1. Into pot I poured a little bit of fish oil and sauteed garlic in that. Tossed in sliced mushrooms, cilantro for a short time 2. Poured in water over all that and let boil while I put in oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce and sriacha 3.
