I'm so bad with temptations :D

Just got asked if I wanted in n out.. can't refuse
Saw a bag of chips on the table, had a few. handfuls..
Discovered 4 cartons of ice cream in freezer. Actually refrained myself!
This is why I never buy junk food!

Anywayss, I've been pretty busy and drained the past three weeks. Got to travel back to norcal to visit my awesomely cool friends for July 4 and time just passed by so quickly. Ate relatively healthy and did Insanity 85% of the days there. Then rushed back home via Amtrak with basically everyone and their moms and their families the Sunday after and found out I'm returning my car for another. And finally BAM waking up at 6 am every morning for school.
It's been 1.5 weeks and I'm gradually warming up to my new 'family.' There are two girls that I seem to click the best with, but I most definitely have an easier time befriending guys. "WE NEED MOAR DUDES," as my guy friends would say. I got you guys, I'm recruiting.

So my schedule has been a bit haywire, especially because the first few days I just took the longest naps, if you can even call them that, since each were at least 6 hours long. But I managed to wake up a couple times at 5:30 am to do an AM Insanity session and go to school in an actively alert manner. It's really a great feeling. The hardest part is comprehending the alarms and getting your ass out of bed.
Feeling great I say!

Today I planned to wake up at 5:30, but instead woke up at 6:45 and had to jump in the shower and rush to school. Fortunately, I already prepped lunch last night and also planned out a gym sesh for afterschool.

Lunch:
Mayo-less tuna fish sandwich. I chopped tomatoes, green onions, honey mustard, and tapatio sauce mixed with canned tuna. SO FRICKIN GOOD (you know what else is good? Tajin with watermelon and honeydew! that combo is like crack..)
Snacks for throughout the day:
snow peaches, cherry tomatoes, almonds
Early Dinner:
leftover sub sandwich (2x2 inches really) & chobani blueberry yogurt

BOOTY WORKOUT
squat pyramid 20-15-15-20 reps
lying leg abductions
glute kickbacks
fire hydrants
10 minutes interval cycling
&
Insanity Plyometric circuit! asian, workout, korean, fitness, gym, squats, weights, butt, glutes, cardio, insanity, HIIT, lunch, tuna fish, healthy, meal prep, fruits, audien, edc,
Feels good to be waking up early, eating healthy, packing my own lunches, drinking lots of water, meeting new people, learning new things about health, not procrastinating, putting in hours at the gym, and occasionally tutoring.
Now I just need to better my time management just a little and put in some extra extracurriculars and other hobbies to make me seem less like a square :P

Unfortunately I do not know how to embed Mixcloud on an entry but here's a link to what I listened to throughout my workout
