Twenty Fifteen!
I have been absolutely neglectful of my blog baby and that I am guilty of. I have so many things to update about generally but they go months back and I feel like I have missed the window to state them. haha, but that won't stop me updating about them later >:)
Tldr version of December 2014!
-dieted well before heading to Seattle
-ate extremely well in Seattle. Had awesome adventures with my partner in crime
-finally achieved one of my dreams of going to a onesie party with friends
-Christmas
-NYE/birthday/SD/Tritonal
-I ate for three weeks and laid in bed Netflixing. occasionally went to gym but was very tiring and lackluster
-You can tell..
January 2015!
-optimistic, excited!
-soooo busy. back to work, back to school, must also study for an exam in Feb.
-going to keep myself accountable and put my all in everything I do. I want to apply myself more and be more dependable as well.
okk so I wanted to end this quick post about OVERLY cleansing your face. Apparently one of the things people envy me for is my clear face. However for the majority of December, my face has been marred by dry skin and itchy red marks/bumps/rash. It was horrendous and looked like I had an allergic reaction. And the best way to clear your face is to not apply any facial makeup. BUT there's the vicious cycle of covering up your insecurities whenever you go out and hence it becomes worse!
My manfriend said that I probably wash and scrub my face too much and it's too sensitive. (But I've used face wash daily ever since puberty hit and I've also seen my friends do so as well!) I thought maybe it was agitation pimples since I like to bury my face into the pillow when I sleep. so now I switch pillow cases every 2 days.
I decided to test out his theory and only rinsed my face with water since manfriend said he only rinses his face with water and only soaps it 2x/day. I have definitely, definitely seen a dramatic result and my face is less dry!
Therefore, little TSA. For the chilly winter:

Therefore, little TSA. For the chilly winter:
- moisturize face with lotion. try to retain normal face oils by not using face wash every day
- let skin breathe and try not to use face makeup
- be gentle and loving <3
