Fasted cardio: Insanity cardio power & resistance + CHUCK (tv show).
definitely need workout music next time

and then evening Back/Biceps workout
-assisted pullups, chinups, dips
-shoulder pressdown
-tricep pushdown
-squatted back rows
-close grip lat pulldown
-135 lb deadlifts wooo

Oh man so today at the gym I saw a girl putting on makeup with fake lashes and doing her hair. So I assumed she was done gymming for the day.
But while lifting weights I see her strutting through the weights area to the yoga class all dolled up with a super cropped shirt and low, tight yoga pants. dang girlll, you do your thing!

Tomorrow's cardio: I plan to try @Bskyfitness stairmaster HIIT routine.
I'm usually doing steady-state stairmaster at around level 9-10 so I hope this routine is effective :D
