9 days left: I don't know what to tell ya, the days are passing by so fast

Since I last blogged, I have generally been pretty good with my intake of food. Recently, my friends and I also started to snapchat each other of all our meals, snacks, and indulgments to help motivate each other. The idea of not dieting alone and kind of making this a team effort, help make healthy eating more enjoyable instead of being a sacrificing task hahah. But there have been a couple of days when I had some drinks and ate not so healthy according to my diet plan. I think realistically, I'll be having close to 4 cheat days in a span of 20 days. That's 80% healthy eating hmm.. Week 8 - Tuesday

I tell my manfriend this ALL the time. He's been patiently waiting lol. Last week (end of week 7), I was browsing through instagram and #kaylaitsines when I realized that it has already passed the halfway point of 12 weeks! I should be halfway to abs, but I'm not sure if I really am. My diet has not been on par, so it's time to kick it up a notch and really be closer to getting abs in the next (ONLY) 4 more weeks!  But first, lemme get a donut . FREE donut today at all krispy kreme stores! It's ok bro, I added it to my macros already :)) Flexible dieting  for the win But the bad thing about going to krispy kreme is that I just can't stop at just one donut. Haha I ended up getting 4 donuts total - to share with family of course! haha ;) I haven't had donuts since early December in Seattle. Vegetarian "noodle" soup

One day I was craving pho, noodles, and seafood. But there was none of those available at home. Therefore, I improvised. I'm not one to really measure things when I cook, more like eye things and just add random stuff as I go along. Here is my random recipe. What I had in minds was pho/seafood egg noodle soup. So Vietnamese/Chinese influence with some Korean loving :) 1. Into pot I poured a little bit of fish oil and sauteed garlic in that. Tossed in sliced mushrooms, cilantro for a short time 2. Poured in water over all that and let boil while I put in oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce and sriacha 3. Then put the rest of the vegetables in soup when fully boiling (I used mushrooms that look like skinny noodles as my "noodles") The vegetables that I personally used were: carrots, red pepper, jalapeno, button mushrooms, bokchoy, onions, green onions And I hardboiled an egg and cut it in half There are so many ways you can add your own tastes or add va...
