Although this week was jam-packed with studying and assignments, I somehow managed to take fat naps (11 hrs........) & plenty of restful sleeps. I call it time-managing done well *joking*. However, since I spent so many of my hours sleeping, I was unable to dedicate any hours to workouts this week. Pretty ridiculous xD! But in my defense, I do a lot of walking around and standing at the hospital, so I believe I have been relatively active.
Anyways as you can imagine, I woke up super ready for action this Friday morning! My body was looking forward to hitting the weights and today I decided for BS: breakfast & squats. Oh what a bootyful day it is

- cable glute kicks & abduction
- abduction machine
- leg press
- inclined treadmill
Still have plenty to do for the rest of the weekend, but I aim to be alive, active, and productive. Happy FRIYAY
