because who doesn't want to do less cardio?

These days I've been catching up on youtube videos while on the dreadmill or stair-soul-master. They make the time go by a bit faster while being informative, inspiring, and entertaining. Most of the youtube vlogs end up averaging around 10 mins, and that's enough time for me and my post-lifting cardio sesh (please, don't sign me up for cardio)

1 mins each, do cycle 3x

  • jump rope
  • air squats
  • plie squat jumps
  • mountain climbers (knees to opposite elbow)
  • walking lunges (30 lunges each leg)
  • reverse crunch leg lifts
I'm going to attempt to try these in the morning before I head out... but we'll see! She was so sweaty and out of breath afterwards hahah. I can't be tooo tired before I even start my day :P
