This is so awesome! Russia promoting the 2014 winter Olympics by installing these machines in Moscow subway stations which give participants a free train ticket for 30 squats.

Sunday: weekly diet planning day?

haha wow today I spent quite a bit of time on Pinterest organizing my old likes and boards. It's one of those sites that really suck up your time because you invested so many things you want to save for a future project or for your future in general. But the one disadvantage is that I've collected so many things that I pinned to look at later, which I have forgotten. I want to kind of get into a habit of looking back at them (while not wasting too much time) and bringing them out into action. Summer body: Week 4 - Tuesday & Wednesday

Tuesday Drank a fruity, carby smoothie for energy and went to gym to do volume squat training & squat jumps in between sets. Manfriend said doing cardio in between sets is helpful for burning fat. Ok fine you convinced me. Fanny pack was a great idea Wednesday The day was glorious and not too hot. For fasted cardio I tried to jog around my block; I looked up the distance and realized if I jogged up and down 5x = 1 mile. Buttt, I absolutely am not a fan of cardio so after doing that twice decided to instead just fast walk around the neighborhood. haha I found a lavender bush along the way! :)) going to make a natural bug/spider repellent with the sprigs I collect >:) PM workout: did back & bicep lifting sesh then 10 mins of cycling
