Day3: AestheticDianasaurus Cardio and recovering from yesterday

It takes about 21 days to establish a habit. I still am trying to establish my current daily routine, so I can't wait for the post " Day 21:" !! :D Drank Lemon Cayenne powder + Lemon + cinnamon (new addition that I kind of like), then made a fresh cup of black coffee and brewed uncaffeinated peppermint tea Checked out Insanity's Cardio Recovery and wanted more cardio. I have this routine written on my mirror and decided to do this while watching Once Upon a Time . I was also strapped for time so this was perfect.
