I think knowing that I'm going to gorge at a meal gives me one of the best incentives to push myself extremely hard during a workout. Hence today, I knew I must PUSH HARD before I go to ayce sushi 0:) Today's workout: Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance and I added two 5 lb dumbbells in the mix (I held them while doing jumping jacks and whenever possible during the movie). Definitely makes your heart beat faster and works out your arms! This is my current "before" picture. I'm going to try to make the "after" picture drastically obvious? hopefully!
